Refund Amount A new shipment will be sent out as a replacement, without a refund. In case a product is out-of-stock, a refund to your credit card will be made instead. A new shipment equal to the unopened dispenser boxes will be sent out as a replacement, with no refund. In case products are out-of-stock, a refund to your credit card will be made for the value of the unopened dispenser boxes.

WRONG, INCOMPLETE, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT

If you receive products that differ from those you ordered, are incomplete, damaged during shipment or are defective due to production, simply return them to us within 15 days of the shipping date. We are more than happy to replace them with the correct ones at no charge and also reimburse you for the return shipping expenses. We sincerely apologize for the mistake and inconvenience. Please note that in case of out-of-stock products, a full refund will be made instead.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order of any of our Ocy Brands of Contact Lenses for any reason, you can return unopened blister packs in their original, undamaged dispenser boxes to us within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. A refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unopened blister packs and the original purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes. For example, a return of 20 unopened blister packs in good condition within 30 days will earn you a refund amount of two-thirds of the purchase price of a 30-pack dispenser box. Please allow us a few weeks to process your refund request. Please note that BOTH ORIGINAL AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

EXCHANGE DUE TO PRESCRIPTION CHANGES

If your prescription changes after receiving your order, you can exchange your unopened lenses for the new ones, provided it’s within 90 days of the shipping date, by simply returning any unopened dispenser boxes in good condition along with a new prescription to us and we’ll be happy to supply replacement lenses to your new prescription. Please allow us a few weeks to process your request. Please note that we are required by law to verify your new prescription before we can make a replacement. Please also note that THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. In case of out-of-stock products, a full refund will be made instead.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEE FOR AN ONLINE PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL TEST, ONCE TAKEN, IS NOT REFUNDABLE because this online prescription renewal test is operated by another company called Visibly Inc. and not by us. Hence, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction with their service and we cannot give you a refund if you cancel your subscription with us later or return our products to us within 30 days of the shipping date.
